When do I put out winterizer/fertilizer?

It’s almost time again to fertilize/winterize your lawn. I was driving through my neighborhood this morning and saw a “Permogreen” sign and someone else putting out fertilize. This is one of 3 times a year that most professionals encourage you to put out fertilizer/pre-emergent/winterizer for your lawn. So all of you folks that want to keep the lawn green and free of weeds then get out there before we get our next rain and put out something for the lawn.
