Should I add on to my house?

I’ve seen some really good ad on’s and some really bad ones.  Most of the time I see people enclose a garage and then what do they add next?  You guessed it…a garage!  I have seen some great ideas and people have added value to their home.  Depending on how useful and well the house flows determines how much value your add-on will add.  Most buyers and agents will give very little value to a sunroom, but if you are able to make a kitchen or master bath larger and more useful then you should/will add value.  It all depends on how well it’s done and if it’s well thought out.  If you are thinking of adding on to your house it might be a good idea to get an agent or appraiser’s opinion before spending your hard earned $.
